The Wolfgang Van Halen Mammoth single “The End” has soared to the top of the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, marking the band’s third #1 hit on the format.
Following the success of “Distance” and “Don’t Back Down,” Mammoth WVH continues to solidify its presence on rock radio. “The End” serves as the title track from the band’s upcoming third studio album, due out October 24.
Wolfgang’s father, the legendary Eddie Van Halen, previously held a major chart record as part of Van Halen, with 13 career #1s on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart. That record stood until Three Days Grace surpassed it in 2018. Currently, Shinedown holds the all-time lead with 20 chart-toppers.
In support of the new release, Mammoth is currently touring with Creed and plans to launch a headlining tour this fall.
