Red Jumpsuit Apparatus Slipping Through is the band’s latest single, and it delivers a powerful message inspired by immigration raids and protests in Los Angeles, where frontman Ronnie Winter resides.

Titled Slipping Through (No Kings),” the track addresses the real-time impact of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations on families and neighborhoods.

“My neighbors are disappearing,” Winter explains. “Families are being torn apart. And our community has reached a breaking point.”

He adds:

“These aren’t strangers, they’re our friends, our loved ones. They’re not immigrants to us, they’re neighbors. And like Jesus said, ‘Love thy neighbor.’ That’s what this song is about.”

The single is now available on all major streaming platforms, accompanied by a companion video live on YouTube.

This release follows a previous statement Winter made on Instagram, where he addressed fans who supported Donald Trump:

“If you voted for Donald Trump, do not come to my shows, ever, not just these four years,” he said. “Don’t come to my shows, because you’re gonna hear a lot of woke propaganda, and you’re gonna hear the actual words of Jesus… a lot of acceptance… a lot of harmony. That’s not what you’re about.”

With “Slipping Through,” The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus continues to blend activism with music, addressing both political and spiritual themes through their lyrics.
