Nicki Walters (she/they) has grown from a teen playing farmer’s markets in Illinois into a sophisticated songwriter and producer within Denver’s thriving indie scene. After moving to Colorado in 2019 to study songwriting at CU Denver, Walters developed a signature style that combines the vulnerability of “bedroom pop” with high-level production and complex arrangements.
