This version has a yellow label on side A and blue label on side B. Similar to [r4580702] but runouts indicate Rainbo pressing..

* The W in WYR appears to be etched over an H
* The DT002 is scratched out on both sides but still legible
* MASTERDISK is stamped on both sides, the rest is etched
