Pink Floyd: Live From Los Angeles 1975 Record Store Day 2026

Pink Floyd: Live From Los Angeles 1975 is a featured Record Store Day 2026

Pink Floyd: Live From Los Angeles 1975 is a featured Record Store Day 2026 exclusive that documents the band’s complete performance at the Los Angeles Sports Arena on April 26, 1975. This archival release, issued by Sony/Legacy, will be available on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in two limited-edition physical formats: a 4LP clear vinyl box set and a 2CD set.

Restored Audio From the Mike Millard Tapes

The source material for this release is the renowned audience recording captured by Mike Millard. To prepare the audio for an official high-quality debut, the tracks have been restored, remixed, and remastered by Steven Wilson. This upgrade transforms a classic bootleg into a definitive professional recording.

While this performance was previously included on the Blu-ray disc within the Wish You Were Here 50th Anniversary box set (and a standalone Blu-ray), this RSD 2026 edition marks the first time the concert has been made available as a standalone title on vinyl and CD.

4LP and 2CD Format Specifications

Collectors can choose between two distinct versions of the Pink Floyd: Live From Los Angeles 1975 release. Retailers have noted a strict one-copy-per-customer limit due to the following limited pressing numbers:

  • 4LP Clear Vinyl Box: Approximately 15,400 units for the U.S. and 30,000 units worldwide.
  • 2CD Set: Approximately 7,100 units for the U.S. and 20,000 units worldwide.

Complete 1975 Setlist and Track Details

The 16-track recording captures Pink Floyd during a creative peak. The setlist includes early versions of material that would later appear on the Animals album, alongside staples from Wish You Were Here and a full performance of The Dark Side of the Moon.

First Set: Developing New Material

The first half of the concert features “Raving and Drooling” and “You’ve Got To Be Crazy,” which were later retitled “Sheep” and “Dogs.” These are joined by the multi-part epic “Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 1–9)” and “Have a Cigar.”

Second Set and Encore: The Classics

The second half of the show consists of the entire Dark Side of the Moon suite, moving sequentially from “Speak to Me” through to “Eclipse.” The performance concludes with a sprawling rendition of “Echoes” as the encore.
